Our approach

Artiful is designed as a local-first iOS app. Your game progress, gallery arrangement, preferences, and completion history are primarily stored on your device. The current version does not require an Artiful account.

Information the app may process

Information stored on your device

The app stores gameplay state, completed challenges, collected artwork, gallery placement, settings, and subscription status needed to provide the product experience.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Artiful receives purchase status and transaction information needed to unlock features. We do not receive your complete payment card information.

Advertising

The free version may display ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. You can manage tracking permission through iOS settings.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, iOS processes the permission and delivery token needed to send reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.

Website data

This website is a static site. It does not use account sign-in, contact forms, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics in its current version. Cloudflare may process limited network and security logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why information is used

• Provide daily games, artwork stories, and your personal gallery.
• Restore purchases and confirm subscription access.
• Remember your settings and progress.
• Show and measure ads in the free version where permitted.
• Maintain security, diagnose errors, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate Artiful, including Apple for purchases and distribution, Google for advertising, and Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and control

Local progress remains on your device until you delete the app or its data. Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple's policies. Advertising and infrastructure providers set their own retention periods. You can reset local app data by deleting the app and can manage permissions through iOS settings.

Children

Artiful is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service connected to Artiful, contact us so we can investigate and respond appropriately.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, legal requirements, or service providers change. The revised date at the top of this page shows when the latest version took effect.
